Morning good to be back near my old home in Essex another sold out night at the Dog and Pickle in Onger nice food and great night. So did you vote? No me neither I read loads of blurb from would be Councillors in different area’s I don’t think one mentioned Mental Health help in the area not just where I live but in other area’s just leaves small charities like mine to try and help people in the local area’s. Moving on its a Bank holiday weekend what you got planned? Evening where has this week gone? I am not into Horse racing particularly but watched a bit of ITV “Its Showtime” 8 men in a bar who buy a prizewinning racehorse there is a nice back story about Men opening up and letting their emotions out worth a view a quick plug for a Sunday afternoon gig in June for my friends in the Preston area Mick Millar funny man and myself see poster #event #evening #preston

Morning watching the marathon I have to say a little jealous but my body sadly could no longer do it. The atmosphere is amazing and that last mile is an amazing feeling. Raising money for charities is the biggest thrill. So have a good day West Ham we need a win.
