A suggestion a cold shower before you go to bed! Even though I am 64 a game I play in the shower how cold can I get it before giving up!! Although I was the Champneys champ at cryotherapy I had a competition with Cherrie Blair once possibly more times!! Afternoon so after all the talk today its England’s chance to try and lift the spirts across the country for the next few weeks. I was thinking this morning of my memories of the World Cups I remember being in church 1970 all the windows were open and we could hear the game from the neighbours TV. I don’t remember when we got a TV but I remember England losing the 1/4 final in 1970 then, the Hand of God with Maradona then David Beckham getting sent off and various penalty competitions. In the last World Cup I remember the country had a feel good factor let see if we can recreate it with the help of the England team of course so Mr Tuchel no pressure but the Country wants you to guide us to a win #worldcup #soccer #england #win

Afternoon I am going to plug this again as a number of you clearly missed my request imagine if it was your immediate family? These 3 people I did not know each had their life ahead of them each died unnecessarily I am getting behind Population cardiac screening for every young person when they reach age 14 years. The screening should be undertaken with a review of family history and electrocardiogram (ECG) followed up where necessary with echocardiogram (heart scan). I did not know 12 people aged 35 and under die suddenly from heart conditions in the UK every week. Many show no symptoms and many could be saved by screening. We urge the Government and UKNSC to introduce ECG screening at age 14 and launch a national awareness campaign to stop these needless deaths.
