Evening Rip Mark Kaylor we trained together in various gyms and were quite often on the same bill when I was going through the ranks. From memory a big West Ham fan. Very poignant for me as he passed away on my birthday (yesterday) aged 64 the age I am now.

Morning another busy week great to be in Sidcup last night and Cheshire on Thursday. So plenty of Sport on again and of course the Boxing as usual I am getting asked RE Connor Benn & Chris Eubank it’s too tight to call for me I like them both and I get on with both their dads. Morning today at 11 am please join me in a minute to reflect and thank those people who made the ultimate sacrifice in giving their lives for you and me. Yes the UK is not great at the moment but it would be a very different place if millions of people had not given their life. Please try and explain to your kids as lots just have not got a clue what remembrance day is all about. As I watched the British Legion service last night I was moved where families young and old told of how their dad, son or daughter, grandparents put their life on the line so we could have a better world.
