Afternoon it is with a heavy heart I am asking my followers to help this Sunday. A few years ago we mentioned Stanley Batten who had cancer & his family and we asked for some money for the family to go on a UK holiday. My loyal supporters came up trumps and the family went on holiday and had a wonderful time. Last week Stanley’s family were hit with some devastating news, Stanleys Cancer has returned and has got into his spine and also his brain also. Stanley now has now been given months to live. Evening another great week working in gym twice a day looking forward to the 2026 Frank Bruno tour starting next week. I mentioned that my pal Charlie Magri had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s I am delighted to be involved with a Benefit Evening in aid of Charlie at the Manor of Groves Hotel, near Harlow on Fri 24 April. A three-course meal. There will be a top comedian and some musical entertainment oh and I’ll be doing a Q&A. A number of former World Champions will be attending. Tickets are £50 each.
