Due to new ruling from international carriers/couriers any item framed is no longer insured we therefore suggest we can send you the components that make up the item without the frame/Perspex so you can frame yourself locally this will save you money on courier fees and the actual cost of the item and aggravation if item gets damaged.

We hope that you love everything you buy from us, however, if this is not the case, we will consider exchanging any item* you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days. The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How do I return an item (Books & Memorabilia only, please see below for clothing returns)?

Please follow the below process for returning your parcel to us:

1- Re-pack the item in its original packaging. include a note with your order number and contact details.

2-Send to Fremlins Bullwood Hall Lane Hockley Essex SS54TB

3-Return the package by making your own arrangements through any postal carrier but we require you use one who can give you a “ signed for delivery or recorded delivery” as until the parcel reaches us, it’s your responsibility.

4-Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a signed for delivery number.

5-Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

How do I return an item of clothing?
