Afternoon so good win for West Ham and you know the win put me in a really good mood. It’s amazing how sport can affect you like that goes back to my days with my dad either watching on TV or listening on the radio the Muhammad Ali fights he would have been 84 yesterday he was my biggest influence in boxing and it was great to be in his company and he had an amazing sense of humour sadly missed. Have a good day you know I really fancy a Roast dinner. Evening I am sorry I seem to be forever asking for donations but just read this before you disappear this story should make a book or a film or both. So a Gentleman called Daniel met the love of his life got engaged & Caroline contracted Cancer and passed away at St Francis Hospice in 2024 what Daniel decided to do was walk on his own no support team from East London to Kumasi in Ghana & take his loved one’s ashes to her family he is doing a daily dairy on Facebook he wants to raise money for the hospice. This story has touched me and hopefully you read his story and if you can offer a minimum amount I know you will. But make sure you spread the word this is a love story like no other

Afternoon so West Ham got a win Yeaaaaaaaa.
I watched a bit of the football this weekend. A lot of the games had hundreds maybe thousands of empty seats why doesn’t the community departments of the Football clubs invite kids or people who generally would not be able to afford to go to a game to go free of charge it would create some noise and help atmosphere and give kids the chance of a day out with a game who know these could be the clubs new supporters for the future? Just an idea.
Morning just heard that Martin Chivers has passed on “Chiv” although he played for Spurs I worked with loads of times on the “circuit” I loved him as a player, then Terry Yorath Gabby’s dad who I met a few times a real character and a funny man my thoughts with both families. Afternoon hope the 1st day back was not too much like “hard work!” I was watching the early news this morning and was astonished with the story where Hospice services are being reduced, and families are being turned away — not because care isn’t needed, but because funding from our Government is just not there.
This can be fixed. I need you and everyone you know to create a fuss maybe contact your MP. I have been to several Hospices and they allow the patient to pass on in some dignity this could be a member of your family or even you. What is wrong with our Government & NHS that they are allowing this to happen? It’s not just 1 hospice there are more and more of them having to turn families away this is so wrong.
