I heard on the news that youngster’s in Australia will now be not allowed to go on social media until they are 16!!! What will they do? Evening Rip Mark Kaylor we trained together in various gyms and were quite often on the same bill when I was going through the ranks. From memory a big West Ham fan. Very poignant for me as he passed away on my birthday (yesterday) aged 64 the age I am now.
